Referral process
We welcome referrals from GPs and medical specialists. To ensure efficient processing, please provide:
- A valid GP or specialist referral
- Relevant medical reports, tests and imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans)
- Key medical history and clinical notes
Patients should bring all relevant reports and scans to their consultation in either hard copy or digital format.
